What to expect during my acupuncture session?

At the first visit, to determine the most suitable points and meridians to focus on,  your therapist will conduct a detailed consultation and assessment of your general health, medical history, physical examination and lifestyle. Furthermore, as a part of traditional acupuncture, your tongue and pulse will be examined to assess your current condition. Your assessment may take between 5 to 15 minutes.
