When you book a session at Perea. You will receive a confirmation email with the time and date of your appointment.

This email includes a medical form, so please make sure you fill it in before your appointment.

Please use hand sanitiser when you enter. We have several hand sanitation points.

If you are new with u, please arrive 5 -10 mins before your appointment to fill in the medical from if you didn’t get the chance to fill it online.

This is so that we don’t have to cut the session short

If you would like the therapist to work on the legs and glutes and you feel more comfortable with shorts on, please remember to bring your own.

If you have booked for our post surgery aftercare treatments, please come wearing your surgery garments if you are still required to wear them.
