HEADACHE SYMPTOMPS
Head pain or headaches can be hard to describe. Common symptoms can include throbbing, squeezing, constant, unrelenting, or intermittent. Primary headaches are the most common form of headaches.
These include tension, cluster headaches and trigeminal neuralgia. These are headaches which are not a result of another medical condition.

The exact cause of this is unknown, however known triggers are:
- Missing meals or large gaps between meals
- Stress and anxiety
- Poor posture
- Tiredness
- Dehydration
- Lack of physical activity
- Bright sunlight
- Glare of a computer screen
HEADACHES DIAGNOSES
Tension type headaches are not life threatening and are usually relieved by over the counter medication such as paracetamols. To prevent these headaches from reoccurring it is advised to identify the cause. Once identified it is recommended make some lifestyle changes.
