  • Initial Assessment & Follow ups: Your treatment begins with a full medical history, assessment, and measurements to evaluate your condition and create a treatment plan. The initial Assessment lasts approximately 90 minutes, while follow-up sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the treatment area. Lymphoedema Decongestive Therapy (LDT) includes manual lymphatic drainage, multi-layered bandaging, and exercise within each session.
  • Consistency is Key: Initially, daily therapy from Monday to Friday is required, so please ensure you have the time to attend  the sessions. The number of treatments will depend on the stage of your lymphoedema and how you respond to treatment.
  • Compression Garments & Bandages : You will need to wear compression garments at home between sessions. These custom-made garments are not included in the program cost and should be ordered before therapy begins, as they can take up to three weeks to arrive. Bandage materials must be purchased separately but can be reused.
  • Cost:  Book a 30-minute consultation to assess your case, discuss costs, and determine if this therapy is suitable for you.
