What is a Relaxing Massage?

Relaxing/Holistic is a traditional massage style. The aim of treatment is to encourage the mind to slow down whilst increasing energy levels and reduce stress. It is important to give your body a break from a chaotic life. Stress can lead too many muscular and health issues down the line, therefore we encourage regular massage sessions.

What to expect
on your Relaxing Massage?

In your first session, I will take a full medical history, and ask about your health. I will begin to focus on the areas that you may accumulate stress, such as neck and back. As a practitioner, I consider your emotional and spiritual wellbeing, as well as your physical body. Many clients come to see us as part of their monthly self-care plans. Massage helps with stress, anxiety, circulation, and muscle tension too.

How can massage help your mental health?

You may think massage is just for relaxing and comfort, but they are also therapeutic. Regular massages at my Mill Hill & Islington rooms help to improve good health and wellness, but most importantly, they can help you change mental states. Some common problems Massage can help with:
