What is Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy?

Myoskeleal Alignment Therapy uses breakthrough techniques with the aim to help with a range of conditions such as Dowager’s Humps, Carpal Tunnel, Knee pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Shoulder dysfunctions and much more.

My aim of Myoskeleal Alignment Therapy (MAT) is to create muscular balance and optimal movement in the body. I might use a combination of Dry needling, Kinesio taping, Hot Stones, Massage, Cold Therapy or more to help reduce discomfort.

MAT not only targets the area but also neighbouring areas that might need stretching or strengthening to create a balanced body and and improve overall range of movement.
