Personalised Treatment for Muscle and Joint Problems

Muscle and joint problems can develop after injury, repetitive strain, sport or everyday wear and tear.

I begin with an assessment of your symptoms, movement and body mechanics to understand what may be contributing to the problem. I then combine different hands-on techniques and exercises according to what I find, with the aim of reducing pain, improving movement and restoring function.

Where appropriate, I may also recommend referral to another healthcare professional or consultant for further assessment or specialist care.
