What to expect on your physio consultation?

On your first session, your physio will perform a full assessment, which includes testing pain/ discomfort levels, range of movement, muscle strength etc. Towards the end of the session, they will discuss findings and treatment options. Remember, each session is tailored to your lifestyle, needs and goals. It is important that you are able to follow your rehabilitation program.
