What to expect in your Sports Therapy follow up session:

In each follow up session, we will reassess the area and take in consideration your feedback before we start the treatment. We will modify the treatment plan if need it. Remember you are involved in your Sport Therapy program and you are encouraged to ask questions at any time during the process. Each session is tailored to your lifestyle, needs and goals at our clinic.

Preparing for your treatment:

During the treatment, your sports therapist might use dry needling and KT taping as part of your session where and when suitable. But they will always ask for your consent before continuing with treatment. As part of your rehabilitation, your therapist might ask you to perform some exercises, so please bring comfortable clothing such as short or vest that can allow you to move freely.
