Preparing for your consultation

During your consultation, your therapist might ask you to preform some exercises to check your range or motion. Depending on the injury they will also conduct some tests to rule out or confirm a diagnosis. Due to the nature of the consultation, please bring comfortable clothing such as short or vest that can allow you to move freely.
